First Amendment

Not everyone is happy about The Supreme Court’s ruling last week that the First Amendment precludes laws limiting corporate political speech. And it can be really hard to accept the notion that the First Amendment may protect truly obnoxious speech. But every once in awhile we get a reminder that having the First Amendment so beats the alternative.
