Graydon Announces New Additions to Leadership Team

Graydon is excited to announce the election of a three new Executive Committee members to its leadership team. The new Members are Lyndsey Barnett, Bob Brown, and Lee Geiger. They join existing members Jack Greiner (Managing Partner), Tom Prewitt, and Dan Reitz.

Lyndsey Barnett serves as the Chair of the Firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. Lyndsey’s practice includes counseling employers on the design, implementation and maintenance of their employee benefit strategies in order to help them attract and retain the best talent. Lyndsey takes a proactive and practical approach in providing solutions to clients’ day-to-day benefit issues.

Bob Brown serves as general counsel for numerous closely held, often family owned, businesses, which by its very nature, encompasses corporate, real estate, employment and commercial litigation matters. He is experienced in all aspects of contract reviews and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and regularly works with franchisees.

Lee Geiger serves as the Chair of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Lee helps public and private employers of all sizes address employee issues. This covers the entire lifecycle of an employee: hiring issues, performance problems, payment/overtime issues, leaves of absence (including FMLA), non-competition agreements, discipline and discharge. He also represents unionized companies in collective bargaining negotiations, union organizing campaigns, grievances and arbitrations.
