Graydon Attorneys File an Amicus Brief in the U.S. Supreme Court

Announcement

Graydon attorneys John B. Pinney, Roula Allouch, and Jack C. Greiner on November 5th filed an amicus brief in U.S. Supreme Court regarding discovery in U.S. courts in support of international arbitration tribunals.

In the brief, Graydon’s client, the CPR Institute, supports the petition for certiorari to the Supreme Court so that it can resolve the split on the issue between the federal circuit courts of appeals. Two circuits now allow such discovery but three others do not.  A decision by the Supreme Court on whether it will accept the case is expected in December, and, if accepted, a decision on the merits by June 2022.
