Graydon Honored with CLIMB Award for D&I Initiatives

Graydon has been selected for a 2019 CLIMB Award by the Cincinnati Chamber and Cincinnati Business Courier.   CLIMB [Cincinnati Lifts Inclusion and Minority Business] celebrates organizations that help our region achieve greater heights of success through building a diverse workforce, championing equitable people practices and developing inclusive cultures.

The firm will be recognized in the organizational category on November 21 for “leading the way for law firms in diversity and inclusion.”   The UC LLM Fellowship, participation in Queen City Certified, establishing the Graydon GROW internship, the Taste of Diversity event (celebrating differences through cuisine), and our generosity with space were among the contributing factors in our selection.

With this award, we are one step closer to becoming greater Cincinnati’s most innovative, vibrant and inclusive law firm and a leader across all sectors in making our region more equitable.
