Graydon Partner Elected Chair of HCRPC

Steve Goodin

Graydon partner Steven P. Goodin has been elected chair of the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission, the area’s primary zoning and land use authority.

Steve serves as a representative of the City of Cincinnati on the board for a term ending in 2024. A former member of Cincinnati City Council, Steve often litigates and negotiates economic development and land use matters throughout the tri-state region. Steven P. Goodin is a member and Firm’s Litigation Group and works out of its Downtown Cincinnati location.

The Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission is comprised of seven members, including Steve, who provide advisory planning services to the unincorporated areas and county municipalities that are members of the Commission.
