Graydon Welcomes New Chief People Officer

Graydon is pleased announce the addition of Mina Jones Jefferson, Esq., as the Firm’s Chief People Officer.

Her dedication to professional development and ties to the local legal community make her the perfect fit to take on this important role,” said Mike Debbeler, Chair of the Firm’s Executive Committee.

Mina’s primary role as CPO is the continuous development of Graydon’s Team Members. This includes recruiting and acquisition of both new and lateral talent, as well as engagement, retention, and professional development of current team members and leadership of the Firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work.

Mina joins Graydon from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served as Associate Dean, Chief of Staff, and Director of the Center for Professional Development. Prior to that, Mina was a Litigation Partner at a local law firm.

Mina is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and Miami University where she received a B.A. in Public Administration. Mina is licensed to practice in Ohio.
