My blog recently won the award for Best Overall Blog from the Ohio Society of Professional Journalists.  Here’s what the judges had to say:

“This blog deconstructed some interesting legal cases.  The Seuss poem was fun, the attaboy to journalism in the Larry Nassar post was rousing, and the point about the public not being consulted on Bannon’s NDA was original.”

This award really means a lot to me, because I respect what journalists do so much.  An award from this organization is truly an honor.

And I could not do it without my firm’s support, and especially Crystal Ridge and Jim Whelan.  They help me get the thing posted and Crystal lets me know when I go a little overboard with my sarcasm.  Which hardly ever happens.

All in all, I guess I can only say one more thing.
