James G. Niekamp Joins Graydon

James G. Niekamp has joined the Firm as an Associate attorney.

James is a member of the Firm’s Business Services Group, focusing his practice on helping craft distilleries, breweries, & wineries as they navigate the Alcohol & Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau permit process. His clients range from small start-ups to publicly-traded Fortune 1000 companies. James received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio.

In addition to his legal practice, James serves as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.
