Announcement

Graydon is proud to announce the addition of Ally Berry, Laura Caty, and David Stewart to its Downtown Cincinnati office.

Ally Berry joins the Firm's Litigation practice group, working in the areas of personal and commercial disputes.  Ally is a 2018 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was a judges coordinator for the Moot Court Honor Board, and a third year representative for the Student Bar Association Executive Board. As a third year law student, Ally interned with UC Law’s Sixth Circuit Appellate Clinic and the Indigent Defense Clinic.

Laura Caty joins the Firm's  Labor & Employment Group, practicing primarily in litigation and advice and counsel. Laura defends clients against a variety of government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the Office of Civil Rights (OCR).  Laura recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she served on the Moot Court Honor Board, Co-chaired the nation’s only national products liability moot court competition, the University of Cincinnati College of Law Honor Council, and the Immigration and Human Rights Law Review.

David Stewart joins the Firm's Business Services practice group. With experience assisting businesses both large and small, David counsels in the areas of entity formation and corporate governance.  David earned his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University in 2017, and is a 2020 graduate of the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. While in law school, David interned twice in UC Law’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC), helping start-ups and small businesses and worked for a year with an in-house legal department of a large corporation.
