Announcement

Graydon is proud to announce the addition of Catherine Gorman, Haleigh Hopkins, and Benjamin White to its Downtown Cincinnati office.

Catherine Gorman joins the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Services practice groups. With a passion for real estate, she counsels in the areas of leasing and dispute resolution and has experience drafting purchase contracts, leases, easements, and a variety of other instruments connected with the transfer of commercial real estate. Catherine earned her JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BA in Strategic Communications with a minor in Business Legal Studies from Miami University. While in law school, Catherine interned for the Honorable Judge Susan J. Dlott in the Southern District of Ohio and worked in-house at a local corporation assisting counsel with various business needs. Catherine is licensed to practice in Ohio.

Haleigh Hopkins joins the Firm’s Litigation practice group, specifically focusing on Creditors’ Rights. Haleigh earned her JD from The Ohio State Moritz College of Law and a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University. During law school, Haleigh clerked for A&E Networks in the Business and Legal Affairs Department where she did transactional work on various television and film contracts for Lifetime. She also participated in the Moritz Truancy Mediation Program where she mediated disputes between school officials, students, and their parents while drafting agreements between them. Haleigh is licensed to practice in Ohio.

Benjamin White also joins the Firm’s Litigation practice group, focusing on commercial litigation, appeals, and data security. Prior to joining Graydon, he clerked for Justice Pat DeWine on the Ohio Supreme Court, where he worked on a broad range of issues, including commercial law, election law, public utilities, public records, writs, criminal procedure, adoption, and contract, statutory, and constitutional interpretation. Ben earned his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BA in English from Clayton State University. During law school, he externed for Judge Timothy Black and Magistrate Judge Karen Litkovitz of the Southern District of Ohio and was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Ben is licensed to practice in Ohio.
