I suspect we all have our favorite scenes from the BHC (Beloved Holiday Classic) “A Christmas Story.”
Whether it’s the , or there is something satisfying about seeing a bully get what’s coming to him. Now the actor who played Farkus is engaged in a battle where the bullies dress in expensive suits and carry briefcases. Zack Ward claims the National Entertainment Collectables Association owes him big bucks from the sale of toys related to the movie. And he may have a case. While most of the actors from the film signed contracts that gave up their merchandising rights, Ward, who was originally cast as an extra, never signed the contract. Apparently no one thought to have him sign an upgraded contract after he got the bigger role. More to come on the case, but maybe this time, Farkus will come out on top.
