Here’s a scary/interesting item from Wired.com concerning a sophisticated hacking attack that is apparently spreading. The threat is called “Operation Aurora” and it came to light when it was discovered that Google was a victim. But according to this article, it has affected thousands of U.S. companies and government agencies. And they apparently can persist even after corrective measures are applied. There seems to be a China connection in most of the incidents.
