Katherine D. Carpenter
Katherine Carpenter is a member of the Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. Prior to joining Graydon, Katie worked at creditors’ rights firms representing creditors primarily in consumer foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. In addition to consumer matters, Katie has handled commercial foreclosures and bankruptcies as well as litigation pertaining to title issues.
Katie earned her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While in law school, she completed a Judicial Externship and participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic. Katie earned a BA in Political Science from Youngstown State University.
In her free time, Katie can be found taking a boxing class, looking for a new trail to hike, or lost in a book. Katie resides in Covington, Kentucky with her husband, their dog Dood, and three cats.
