Michaela R. Taylor

Michaela is an member of the Employee Benefits Practice Group, specializing in the design, administration, and regulatory compliance of a diverse array of employee benefit plans, encompassing retirement, deferred compensation, health, and welfare programs. She is located at the downtown Cincinnati office.

Michaela supports clients in navigating the intricacies that emerge during plan administration. She assists clients on issues related to reporting and disclosure requirements, the SECURE Act, the CARES Act, COBRA, HIPAA, and health care reform.

Michaela has a vast background in health services, health care, and health law. Her experience stems from working at a myriad of companies where she assisted in a variety of healthcare litigation matters, conducted legal research on HIPAA procedures and best practices, and summarized regulatory policies for upper management review. This experience is elevated by her attainment of her Masters of Health Administration.

Michaela is originally from the Chicagoland area and currently resides in Covington, KY.
