Specifically, Annie drafts pleadings, correspondence, subpoenas, and discovery responses, as well as manages litigation plans, confirming that all critical deadlines are met. Having strong relationships with the courts and a deep knowledge of the court system, she schedules hearings, communicates with the various parties involved in a matter, and manages even complex scheduling requirements of clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Additionally, she assists with trial preparations and supports attorneys in trial, as needed.
