Isaac McGlone is an asset to the firm’s Public Finance team, aiding attorneys, paralegals and staff members with financial and strategic analysis. His experience includes financial analysis and modeling, statistical data analysis, and budget management.

Isaac is a specialist in modeling the tax and revenue impact of economic development projects that involve tax abatement, tax increment financing and complex revenue structures. He produces a number of financial analysis tools that are essential to the issuance of new debt by public entities such as cities, port authorities, school districts and others. He is also responsible for calculating the amortization schedule of complex debt structures involving loan and bond repayments for both the public and private sectors, thus ensuring that all involved parties in an economic development or bond issuance matter get their fair share of tax payments and revenues.

Previously, Isaac was an adjunct professor for the college course “Financial Decision Making,” where he covered topics including financial leadership, financial statements, ratio analysis, time value of money, risk analysis and financial projections. He was also the director of basketball operations for a NCAA Division 1 school.
