Overview

Joseph Beglane, a member of the firm’s Litigation team, specializes in resolving complex intellectual property disputes, managing a diverse range of issues related to trademarks, patents, copyrights, and unfair competition. His practice is characterized by its dynamism, involving tasks such as crafting appellate briefs and initiating legal action for trademark infringement. In addition to litigation, Joseph navigates clients through proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, actively seeking to preemptively resolve intellectual property conflicts and avoid protracted legal battles.

Leveraging past experience advising Fortune 100 clients in intricate disputes, Joseph places a specific emphasis on appellate litigation and the strategic use of summary judgment motions. While Federal intellectual property litigation remains his primary focus, he boasts extensive experience in both New York and New Jersey state courts, where he previously handled cases related to New York Labor Law and construction-related tort litigation.
