Kyle is a paralegal in both the Firm's Business and Financial Client Service Department. He has twenty years of experience as a corporate paralegal where he assists attorneys and clients with the creation of new entities, the dissolution of entities, mergers and acquisitions and audit letter responses.

As a corporate paralegal, he assists attorneys with responsible for the creation of new corporate entities including, LLC, corporations, and non-profit. He works on drafting and filing UCC filings, handles UCC and lien searches, drafting and filing corporate documents, and the creation and maintenance of corporate minute books. Kyle also assists clients on compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act. 

Prior to joining Bricker Graydon, Kyle was a Litigation paralegal for two downtown Cincinnati law firms. He also worked in the legal department of a company located in Blue Ash, Ohio.
