Stephanie Kabat Meade is a member of Bricker Graydon’s Corporate Services Practice Group. With a background serving as in-house counsel at multiple prestigious organizations, she brings a unique perspective to her role.

Stephanie provides strategic advice to clients on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracting, and venture investments.

Stephanie advises on a wide range of matters pertaining to mergers and acquisitions across a variety of different industries, including in the healthcare space. Her capabilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating acquisition-related documents, as well as assisting companies with post-closing matters.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has consistently demonstrated an ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide practical solutions to her clients.
