Terri is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business and law, known for her visionary leadership, strategic planning expertise, and outstanding relationship-building skills. Terri is an attorney on Bricker Graydon’s Litigation Industry Group. With a track record of managing eight-figure litigation matters and shaping organizational visions, Terri brings a unique blend of legal acumen and operational excellence to her roles.

As an associate attorney and an equity partner, Terri has managed high-value litigation for institutional clients, which earned her recognition as a first female equity partner.  She has litigated throughout Ohio, appeared in almost every court of appeals, and argued before the Ohio Supreme Court. As a corporate creator and chief operating officer, Terri built a niche medical services business, leveraging growth with relationship-building and exclusive contracting.  As a Business Strategist in healthcare, Terri successfully navigated complex agreements and supported the optimization of client and system programs, operations and efficiencies from the C-suite level.  Terri’s experience as a mediator showcases her expertise in bringing people together to create solutions. Her energetic leadership, visionary strategic thought and relationship skills have consistently yielded positive results for clients throughout her career.

Terri holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She also completed the Advanced Mediator Training through the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and Mediation.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Terri is an active member of the legal community, holding affiliations with Ohio State Bar Association, and Columbus Bar Association, where she served as the Past Dispute Resolution Committee Chair.
