Overview

Zack is a litigation attorney with a strong background in medical malpractice litigation.  He brings a wealth of experience in defending physicians, dentists, nurses, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and nursing homes against personal injury, wrongful death, and medical negligence claims. He is also experienced in representing his clients before professional licensing boards in Ohio. 

Zack prides himself on a client-focused approach in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation investigations, jury trials, and appeals.

His notable successes include securing defense verdicts in several medical negligence and wrongful death cases on behalf of his clients. He also possesses a wealth of appellate experience, having argued before several Ohio Appellate District Courts and prepared briefs and motions before various appellate courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
